Audio Book in MP3 Format! This is a temporary page. It has been put here for my friends and family for me to say, "Thanks!" for helping get my book noticed on Amazon.com. Although I am selling the audio book in MP3 format, I'm putting it here for a limited time so you can download it for free. (I plan to take this page down around Dec 15, 2007.) The generous help I've received has included people searching for, reviewing, purchasing, and introducing links or recommendations for "The Shopping Cart Man" on the Amazon.com site. All this helps the book's ranking go up so that it can get noticed by Amazon's search engine, etc. I have no idea what sorts of legal protections I have to post here to ensure that I don't lose my copyright protection on the printed or audio version of the book, so I'll simply point out that it is my intention to retain all rights to my work. Posting them here for download is intended to be temporary and in no way an offer to forfeit or transfer any rights. My intention is to allow those who have helped me, listen to the audio book, not for them to redistribute or sell the files or their content. Below are zipped files of the entire book read by yours truly. FYI, for those who have never attempted something like this, I have to say it's much harder than you may think. I didn't realize how much I stutter and struggle while speaking into a microphone (and probably in general). I spent as much time editing each recording as I spent in making them. I think it turned out well, however. I hope you enjoy it! Chapters 1-3 Chapters 4-6 Chapters 7-9 Chapters 10-12 Chapters 13-15 Chapters 16-18 Chapters 19-21 Chapters 22-24 Chapters 25-27 Chapters 28-End BTW, the headings on this website were written in the "CaptainMoroni" font which I created for my other book "The Title of Liberty" and used on the cover of this book as well. You can download a copy of that font for free from the Free Fonts & Links page on this site. Without that font installed, you probably see all of the headings in the standard "Verdana" font... If you want to read some sample chapters, you can go here.
